Card reorder
Here you can order a new card to replace the lost one. The re-order of the card applies to the cards received in Faktia Oy's trainings.
Price
The price of re-ordering the card is €35/piece and the price includes delivery costs.
The cards that can be ordered are:
- Vehicle crane driver's license
- Forklift driver's license
- Tower crane driver's license
- Card of load fixer and signaler
- Forklift card over 3500kg
- Forklift card under 3500 kg
- Food hygiene passport, valid for 3 years
- First aid 16 h, valid for 3 years
Note!
Cards with a limited validity period must be renewed by attending the training again. If the lost card is still valid, you can order it here. If, on the other hand, the validity period has expired, you must register for a new training at the address:

Other information:
After placing the order, you will be contacted regarding any necessary additional information, or you need to submit a photo for the card.
The card will be mailed within 7 days of ordering. Possible holidays may affect the delivery time.
